Lean Production Management Training Courses
Course title: Innovation Lean Management Training Courses

Course Introduction:

Prototype of lean production is TPS of Toyota. Unlike the traditional mode of production, it features "multi-species", "small lot", elimination of all waste to enter the zero defects and zero inventory. Mode of production of Toyota Motor Corp is most suitable for production organization and management of modern manufacturing enterprises.

Different enterprises differ in industrial characteristics and in demand of lean production. Take process industry and discrete industry as examples, process industry, such as chemicals, medicament, metal, etc, needs equipment management more, for example: TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Because in the process-based industries a series of specific equipments need to be applied to, and availability of these devices has a great impact on product quality and production efficiency; while for discrete industry, such as machinery, electronics, etc, layout of production line and the process are main factors affecting the production efficiency and quality. Therefore, discrete industry focuses on standardization, JIT (Just in Time), advertising board and zero inventory.

Course Features:

1. Professional lecturers: IEG has many senior Lean experts from Samsung, Delphi and FAW Toyota who have rich experiment in the field of management.

2. Flexible application: This courses provides many practical cases for group activities exercises and workshop practice, helps the students to apply what they learnt to the work in the manner of workshop.
